Can I change my order?

Please contact contactus@skinpresence.co as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Can I exchange my product?

We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at contactus@skinpresence.co.  Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damage product/s.

My package is stuck and tracking shows no movement, what do I do?

For domestic orders, package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped.  Please send an email to contactus@skinpresence.co if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information. 

Why did I get blemishes when starting retinol serums?

Retinoids enhance cell turnover and help open blockages within the pores. So, in the first two to four weeks of use, your cell turnover will increase and your pores will... well, purge. This means that the product is working and your skin will become accustomed. Ultimately, your skin will clear up and will have a healthy glow.

Does Skin Presence use parabens or sulfates?
Skin Presence does not use parabens or sulfates in any of our products.

Do you test products on animals?

Skin Presence does not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free.

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?
All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types

At what age should I start using anti-aging skincare?

The first signs of skin aging appear in our twenties. Environmental influences and personal lifestyle are important when it comes to aging. Skin Presence Skincare’s primary function is preventative - protecting and strengthening the sensitive cell membrane. One is never too young to begin using quality skincare.

Do the products contain perfumes/fragrances?

No, the products contain no added fragrances.

When can I expect visible results?

We like to give our customers 4-6 weeks to see visible results, about the same amount of time as the skin cell turnover cycle. In your 20s to 30s you may see results quicker as the cell turnover rate is faster. In your 40s, 50s and above you may see results in 6-12 weeks.

That being said these results depend on the product being used. Retinols, acne products, and cleansers fall in the category stated above. However, you will see more immediate results with our serums, moisturizers, and scrubs.
